Compassion has been my strongest driving force as long as I remember. The intention to make a difference comes a close second. I am extremely grateful to be on this path which allows me to do both of these things. As a therapist, I provide a safe space for vulnerability. The focus is on building trust, expressing ourselves, and breaking patterns all in a nonjudgmental environment. Every individual has the capacity to be the best version of himself/herself and therapy accelerates that.
Therapy is a collaborative process and team work is absolutely essential. Its a 2 person show, with the client being its star. Let me help you rewrite the story of your life. You are worth it.
