How long does each therapy session take?
Each online therapy session is of 45 minutes and it can be done via video call or audio call.
How many sessions will I need to get better?
There is no definitive answer to this question as every individual is different and progress can vary from person to person. Ideally it is recommended to be consistent for at least 8 sessions to see visible progress.
What happens in the first therapy session?
